When my students tried to run out to record a fight on their phones I always told them THEY were part of the problem. And if they shared that video, they WERE the problem. Our governor should know better than to join the TEENAGERS sharing school fight videos, but here we are.
Also, every educator I know is going out of their way to protect student privacy and digital footprint these days. Consent matters, and the children in that video did not give their consent for their faces to be splashed across the Internet in a negative manner courtesy of the Governor of Texas.
