LOST finale

Nothing but spoilers. If you haven’t seen the finale, don’t read.

I’m a romance writer and reader, raised on Disney, Prince Charming and Happily Ever After. Maybe that’s what caused my reaction, but the LOST finale was a total fail for me.
Sure, the characters got closure. But they could’ve got the closure on episode 1 or at the end of season 1. It’s like the fight was all for nothing. And don’t even get me started on the commercials every five minutes. Ugh. Very disappointed.

  1. Why weren’t Michael and Walt in the church, but Desmond and Penny were? So everyone had to wait to go to heaven until the last Lostie died? Was this whole show just about Jack? He was supposed to DIE in the first episode? Why didn’t he flash back when he was married to Juliet? ARGH. I want to break something.

    • On Jimmy Kimmel, Walt said he wasn’t in the church because he was doomed to being one of the voices on the island, always walking, never finding peace. What. Ev. Er. They promised us a real ending. After season one when everyone said, “Oh they’re probably all dead,” they said Noooooooooo, that’s not it. Argh. They didn’t know HOW to end it, so they did this. Redemption my ***. They took the easy way out because they were completely lost. Grrrrrr. I’m shocked at how many people loved the ending!
